(B) Update of e-Forms and Excel Templates under BEAM Plus New Buildings v1.2 and New Buildings v2.0

BEAM Society Limited announces the update of the Excel Template for EU 11c under BEAM Plus New Buildings v1.2 (EU 11 Form_v02-01.xlsm) and the e-Forms for IDCM 12, WU P1, WU 2, WU 3, WU 5, WU 6, WU 7, WU 8a and WU 8c under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0 on iBEAM. The update is about the refinement of content in accordance with the release of the abovementioned Technical Circular Letters and FAQs. In addition, there is minor revision in the Excel Templates for SS 1, WU P1&1 and WU 7 under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0 (SS 1 Appendix A_v01-02.xlsm, WU P1&1 Appendix A_v01-02.xlsm and WU 7 Appendix A_v01-03.xlsm) for rectification of the calculation formulae and enhancement of user experience.
