iBEAM® together with iBEAM Unison provides an innovative solution to assist the building practitioners in undertaking green building analysis and assessment. Our iBEAM® assessment automation system aims at automating the current green building assessment and other business-related processes to drive efficiency, reduce dependence on human operation, enhance consistency and mitigate risk of bribery and other irregular practices. Meanwhile, our iBEAM Unison platform enhances the data flow in design and construction works by providing an innovative mechanism that allows project team to extract BIM data from building information model for BEAM Plus assessment, sustainability analysis and green finance certification.

Both iBEAM® and iBEAM Unison are now available ONLINE! You can NOW sign up an account and make full access to the function of the iBEAM® at https://ibeam.hk. For iBEAM Unison access, please submit a request by clicking HERE.

The iBEAM Unison platform has been launched on 14 Dec 2022. We welcome industry practitioners to use our iBEAM Unison platform to experience the power of data exchange between building information modelling, green building analysis and green finance. You may sign up to the iBEAM Unison platform by clicking HERE

BSL would like to thank the CIC Research and Technology Development Fund for their generous support in the development of iBEAM Unison. We will continue to work alongside CIC and other stakeholders in enhancing the data exchange mechanism for the green building industry.

Following the iBEAM Launch Ceremony (13 May 2021), BSL is pleased to announce that with a year of endeavour, the first phase of the state-of-the-art Assessment Automation System (“iBEAM”) is now launched. Functions available include document submission, online communication, reporting and finance. You can review the launching ceremony from the video below.



Applicants are welcome to make assessment submission for BEAM Plus New Buildings 2.0 via e-Form on iBEAM before it is made mandatory after 31 December 2021. Thereafter, Applicants must migrate to iBEAM. For details of such transitional arrangements, please refer to Current News page and Technical Circular Letter 2021.170.

BSL would like to thank all the strategic partners and stakeholders for their unwavering support throughout the iBEAM development journey. We are committed to further refining the system and working towards higher efficiency for users.

The iBEAM® development team hosted a series of stakeholder engagement events to solicit views and feedback from different groups of stakeholders. This enables the iBEAM® to function in accordance with the stakeholders' expectations. All comments are carefully reviewed and incorporated onto iBEAM® to ensure a top-notch user experience.
