Title: Corporate Service Officer (1-year Contract)
Responsibilities:

· Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are complied with;

· Carry out all aspects of corporate services including company secretarial duties, corporate governance and compliance functions; the preparation of notices for AGM/GM, minutes, resolutions, announcements and circulars;

· Organize board meetings, board committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings;

· Update and maintain statutory records and filing system;

· Handle and follow up directors’ inquiries;

· Liaise with external regulators, advisers and authorities for all corporate services matters if necessary;

· Assist in ad-hoc projects and corporate matters assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

· A bachelor degree in related field. Fresh graduates will also be considered;

· Student member of HKICS and/or ICSA is preferable but not essential;

· 2-3 years working experience (company secretarial / business field is preferred);

· Good written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential;

· Responsible, independent, self-motivated, detail oriented and a good team player;

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Services Assistant;

Title: Project Coordinator (Technical Checking) - Technical Services
Responsibilities:

· Project coordinator in Technical Checking Team to collate inputs from aspect officers;

· Consolidate reports throughout BEAM Plus assessment process;

· Assist in the delivery of BEAM Plus correspondences;

· Conduct administrative and secretary works; and

· Perform ad­hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Built Environment / Environmental Science and Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Energy Science and Engineering / Sustainability, or related discipline.

· Fresh graduate to 1 year’s experience in relevant local green and sustainability design consultancy / research works.

· General knowledge on BEAM Plus assessment procedures is an advantage.

· Be able to work both independently and in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Title: Membership Officer - Marketing and Training
Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop and implement the online and offline strategy to recruit new and retain existing members;

· Maintain the daily operation on membership e-platform;

· Assist in membership database management and production of membership statistics and analysis;

· Organise events and training as assigned;

· Support BSL’s communication channels such as website and production of marketing collateral and souvenirs;

· Provide secretarial support to committees;

Requirements:

· Holder of Degree in relevant discipline;

Title: Assistant Manager - Technical Services
Responsibilities:

1) Manage and supervise project officers and assessors on the conduct of BEAM Plus project assessment works;

2) Oversee the assessment process to assure effective and efficient processing of all the submission for BEAM Plus assessment;

3) Provide technical advice to his / her staff and secretariat support to the committees and expert panels on the appraisal / vetting of BEAM Plus submissions and on any matters relating to the application and development of BEAM Plus Tools;

4) Ensure the accuracy and quality of project assessment;

5) Supervise the performance of consultants engaged on tasks / projects relating to BEAM Plus application, development and research;

6) Conduct technical assessments in accordance with in­house operation procedures and guidelines;

7) Provide technical support to Committees and Task Forces;

8) Assist in the development and revision of BEAM Plus and other technical manuals;

9) Supervise and provide training aswell as coaching to subordinates;

10) Attend, prepare and or conduct internal and external meetings / training / workshop etc; and

11) Perform ad­hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1) Degree holder in architecture / building / engineering / construction / environmental / planning / surveying or related disciplines with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience applying for Assistant Manager. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive.

2) Full corporate professional membership with either HKIA, HKIE, HKIQEP, HKIS, IEAust, CEng, CEnv etc; and recognized green building professional qualification, e.g. BEAM Pro / LEED AP is required;

3) Hands-onexperience on green building design based on BEAM Plus requirements, and solid experience in preparing BEAM Plus submission for assessment by BSL;

4) Solid knowledge of building energy simulation / building services installation(e.g. MVAC, electrical, plumbing & drainage installations including design calculations, preparation of tender drawings and specifications, statutory submissions, site inspectionand T&C etc.) / environmental assessment / acoustics and Indoor Environmental Quality. It is not expected that a candidate must be an all­rounder having the full range of knowledge and experience aslisted above. Butthe candidate is expected to have knowledge and/or experience onmultiple areas, and is ready to pick up the rest under the guidanceof her/his supervisors after joiningthe BSL;

5) Minimum 2 years of experience at management position;

6) Proficiency in spoken and written English;

7) Strong work ethics and team orientation, and attentive to details;

8) Positive, well-organized, pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills; and

9) Able to work under pressure with tight deadline.

Title: Senior Project Analyst (Special Duties)
Responsibilities:

1) Assist the project manager in managing the overall delivery of the project

2) Assist in the development of user manual for the data unification platform

3) Assist in the development of data standard manual for unifying the various environmental and sustainability data across the different platforms, viz. building modelling, green building analysis, BEAM Plus assessment, embodied carbon analysis and green finance certification

4) Liaise with different stakeholders for the technical requirement for the data unification platform

5) Assist the in-house programmers in digitalizing the environmental and sustainability data requirement for the data unification platform

6) Prepare training and presentation materials for the professional trainings and capacity building exercises

7) Assist in any other research and/or development duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in architectural, civil, structural, building or environmental engineering and management related discipline

2) Possession of BEAM Affiliate and/or CIC-Certified BIM Coordinators qualification

3) 3 years of experience in managing green building projects and/or urban analytics development projects

4) Practical BIM project experience for BIM Coordinator is preferred

5) Practical experience in the embodied carbon analysis and/or green finance certification is preferred

6) Familiar with different BIM software solutions, such as Revit, OpenBIM, ProjectWise 365 is an advantage

7) Possession of BEAM Professional and/or CIC-Certified BIM Managers will be an advantage

This is a role that requires high level of communication, creativity and innovation. The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms for 24 months. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need of the organization and the performance of the candidate.
