Title: Project Analyst (Green Business & Analytics) - Business & System Development
Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and support the ongoing development of the iBEAM Assessment Automation System and other BSL’s digital platforms;

· Assist in liaising with professionals in the community and the building industry for views and comments towards the iBEAM Assessment Automation System;

· Liaise with IT contractors in designing the user requirements for the iBEAM Assessment Automation System;

· Assist in enhancing the UX interface for the iBEAM Assessment Automation;

· Answer technical enquiries regarding the usage of the iBEAM Assessment Automation System;

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.    

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or higher in Building Analytics/ Built Environment/ Architecture/ BS Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Sustainability/ Town Planning or related discipline; Master degree in the same discipline is preferable;

· Relevant post-qualification working experience in smart city implementations, green building consultancies and/or community engagement initiatives will be an advantage;

· Possession of recognised green building professional qualification will be an advantage;

· Effective communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

· Strong research & analytical skills and strategic thinking;

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to research report writings;

· A good team player with work ethics, especially regarding integrity and confidentiality;

· Self-driven, well-organised, good analytical power, attention to details, strong coordinating ability with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact skillfully with internal and external stakeholders;

· Ability to handle multitasks and prioritise schedules, capacity to work under pressure with tight deadline.

Title: Assistant Marketing & Training Officer (Part time)
Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry and generate reports;

· Coordinate training courses e.g. CPD training, site visits and conference, etc;

· Handle registration from online training portal and membership e-platform;

· Assist in marketing events and production of marketing collateral;

· Coordinate event logistics;

· Support all aspects of projects & event management, including contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support;

· Handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma or above;

· Minimum 1 - 2 years experience is a must;

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;

· Knowledge in MS Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table and video editing would be an advantage;

· Strong sense of responsibility, well organised with a can-do attitude;

· Immediate availability is highly preferred.
