Title: Project Assistant (Green Building) – Technical Services
Responsibilities:

· Handling incoming calls and other communications;

· Providing customer services on projects status;

· Managing and handling submission materials provided by applicants;

· Managing filing system; 

· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· HKCEE / HKDSE or above;

· Minimum 1 years’ experience in administrative works.  Experience in building construction is highly preferable;

· Familiar with PC operation such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;.

· Be able to work independently, under pressure and in a team with good interpersonal and communication skill;

· With documentation skills and customer service experience is preferred;

· Good command of English and Chinese.

Title: Marketing and Training Executive
Responsibilities:

· Liaise with both internal and external parties regarding CPD, site visits, conference, training and examination;

· Maintain the daily operation on online training portal and membership e-platform; Handle candidates’ applications and enquiries; 

· Support event management of marketing and membership events;

· Support BSL’s communication channels such as website and production of marketing collateral;  

· Provide secretarial support to committees;

· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Marketing, Journalism or business related;

· Experience in advertising agency and event management is a plus; 

· At least 3 years of relevant experience; 

· Experience in event management, branding building and execution;

· Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;

· Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, fast-learner and able to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a can-do attitude;

· Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics;

· Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills;

· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;

Title: Project Executive (Green Building) - Technical Services
Responsibilities: · Assist in conducting technical assessments in accordance with in­-house operation procedures and guidelines;
· Ensure the accuracy and quality of project assessment; 
· Provide technical support to Committees and Task Forces;
· Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and consolidate reports throughout BEAM Plus assessment process;
· Conduct administrative and secretary works;
· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Built Environment / Environmental Science and Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Energy Science and Engineering / Sustainability, or related discipline;
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant local green and sustainability design consultancy. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Technical Executive (Designated);
· General knowledge on building simulation, e.g. BIM, IES, DIALux, Fluent, AutoCAD, eQuest, etc. is an advantage;
· Recognised green building professional qualification, e.g. BEAM Affiliate, LEED Green Associate, etc. is an advantage;
· Be able to work independently, under pressure and in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Title: Senior Technical Executive – Development & Technical Secretariat
Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and revision of BEAM Plus and other technical manuals/ guidebooks;

· Provide technical support to Committees and Task Forces;

· Project management and liaisons with internal/ external parties;

· Conduct desktop research and literature review on assigned topics;

· Compile statistics and interpret data analysis results and draw inferences and conclusions;

· Identify sources of funding, assist in the preparation of research proposals and funding applications;

· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Built Environment/ Architecture/ BS Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Sustainability or related discipline;

· Minimum 7 years’ experience in green/ sustainability research or consultancy. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Technical Executive;

· Recognised green building professional qualification, e.g. BEAM Pro, LEED AP, WELL AP, etc. would be an advantage;

· Strong research & analytical skills and strategic thinking;

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to research report writings;

· A good team player with work ethics, especially regarding integrity and confidentiality;

· Self-driven, well-organised, good analytical power, attention to details, strong coordinating ability with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact skilfully with internal and external stakeholders;

· Ability to handle multitasks and prioritise schedules, capacity to work under pressure with tight deadline;

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;

· Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.

Title: Head of Project Management & Technical Support
Responsibilities:

· To oversee the operation of the Project Management & Technical Support Department tasked to management and facilitate the BEAM Plus assessment of projects;
· 
To provide technical support and co-ordination to the committees, expert panels and parties involved in BEAM Plus assessment processes;
· To manage and supervise project officers and consultants on the conduct of BEAM Plus project assessment works;
· To monitor the progress and scheduling of project submission for BEAM Plus assessment;
· To provide technical advice and support to staff on technical and procedural matters relating to BEAM Plus assessment services;
· To check and assure the consistency, accuracy and quality of assessment results and reports to customers;
· To maintain and develop an effective project management and operation system on the conduct of BEAM Plus assessment services;
· To support the development and operation of IT-enabled assessment services; To support continuous improvement and development of BEAM Plus Tools;
· To handle customers’ and stakeholders’ enquiries, feedback and complaints;
· To represent BSL to outside parties to promote green building and the interest of BSL; 
· To attend, prepare and/or conduct internal and external meetings / training / workshop etc.;
· To prepare technical material for training / workshop / seminar etc,;
· To conduct or to offer assistance on the conduct of research, studies, etc. relating to the application and development of BEAM Plus Tools; and
· Any other duties to be assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Architecture / Building / Engineering / Construction / Environmental / Planning / Surveying or related disciplines;
· Professional membership in Architectural / Engineering / Construction / Environmental / Planning / Surveying; 
· Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, in which at least 5 years of experience at managerial position;
· Green assessment tools or quality assurance related work experience is preferred; 
· Knowledge and experience in IT solution development is preferred;
· Strong work ethics and team orientation, and attentive to details;
· Ability to handle multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines; 
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
