Introduction

The Henderson is renowned for its breathtaking, impregnable structural forms and layering of a Bauhinia bud about to blossom. Its unique shapes and volumes are achieved by six mega-columns and one side core steel structure. The carrying capacity of the Henderson has surpassed the criteria and redefines the standard for a skyscraper.

The Ballroom – Cloud 39 boasts a striking all-glass design, high over the vibrant streets of the city of lights. Cloud 39 protect users and property with the cutting-edge curved glass façade of over four-ply, double laminated curved insulated glass to protect the building user and property from extreme condition.
