Organised by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), RICS Hong Kong Construction Conference is now open for application. Themed with "Enhancing Productivity: Achieving Common Prosperity and Innovation in the Construction Sector", this year’s conference aims to align with the strategic priorities outlined in the 2024 Policy Address, discussing key topics including land supply and housing initiatives, smart cities and digital transformation, and labour shortages and skill gaps.
