Regarding the introduction of the practice of Construction Noise Impact Assessment (CNIA) and the use of recognised quieter construction equipment/ methods to the credit requirements of IDCM 7b as announced in Technical Circular Letter 2023.183, BEAM Society Limited will deliver a CPD training to provide further details and guidance to BEAM Practitioners. (B) Update of e-Forms and Excel Templates under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0 on iBEAM

BEAM Society Limited announces the update of the e-Forms for IDCM 7, IDCM 8, IDCM 10, IDCM 15, EU 2 (Option 1 – Performance Path), EU 3 (Option 1 – Performance Path) and EU 7a under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0 on iBEAM. The update is about the refinement of content in accordance with the release of the abovementioned Technical Circular Letters and FAQs. In addition, there is minor revision in the Excel Templates for IDCM 7a, IDCM 7b and IDCM 7c under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0 (IDCM 7 Appendix A_v02.xlsm, IDCM 7 Appendix B_v02.xlsm and IDCM 7 Appendix C_v02.xlsm) for enhancement of user experience.
