New Assessment Fee Scale for BEAM Plus New Buildings

BEAM Society Limited (BSL) would like to announce the adjustments to BEAM Plus New Buildings Assessment Fees with effect from 1 April 2024.

Since 1 June 2017, the current assessment fee scale for BEAM Plus New Buildings (NB) has remained unchanged. In order to ensure the sustainability and growth of our business while continuing to provide high-quality service to all applicants, we have conducted a comprehensive review of our fee structure. This review aimed to ensure that our fees align with the current economic landscape and the rising operational costs. Consequently, we find it necessary to adjust our assessment fees for continual improvement of our services.

We understand that changes in fees can have an impact on our valued customers, and we want to assure you that this decision was made after thoughtful consideration. Our goal is to strike a harmonious balance between minimising the impact on our clients while simultaneously securing the long-term financial stability of our organisation.

The new NB fee scale will be applicable to projects submitted to Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) through its online registration website after 6:00 pm on 31 March 2024.
