Join us to explore the green initiatives of one of Hong Kong’s most sustainable campuses and discover the award-winning designs of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.
Recognised as the Organisation with the most BEAM Plus Final Platinum projects in 2017, HSUHK has demonstrated a strong commitment to integrating environmental practices across academic buildings, student hostels and other facilities.
During the tour, you will experience the sustainable design of Lee Shau Kee Complex, a state-of-the-art indoor sports facility featuring a swimming pool, a dining outlet and a Sports Hall. On the other hand, S H Ho Academic Building and Lee Quo Wei Academic Building incorporate energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials, while rooftop photovoltaic panels are adopted at HSUHK Jockey Club Residential Colleges to reduce its carbon footprint and provide alternative power for lighting and operations.
At the same time, HSUHK’s arborist will accompany the participants along the tour to introduce the ecosystem in the campus.
