The Introduction of Chinese Versions of BEAM Plus New Data Centres Version 1.0

BEAM Society Limited (BSL) is pleased to announce the official publish of Traditional Chinese version and Simplified Chinese version of BEAM Plus New Data Centres (NDC) Version 1.0.

In view of the increasing emphasis on sustainability development in the Greater Bay Area and to echo the Hong Kong Government policy initiatives in increasing collaboration with Mainland and Macao on various environmental issues, BSL has initiated the Chinese translation for the BEAM Plus Assessment Tools, further to the introduction of Chinese versions of BEAM Plus New Buildings (NB) v2.0 (2021 Edition), the Traditional Chinese Version and Simplified Chinese Version of NDC v1.0 are now available. To avoid any disputes which may arise from the inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict in interpretation between the English and Chinese version.
