BEAM Society Limited Announces Changes in Directorate

BEAM Society Limited (BSL) announced the following changes in Directorate with effect from the conclusion of its 13^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 June 2024:

Retirement of Ar LI Ho Kin, Dr Benny CHOW Ka Ming, Ir HO Sai King, Sr Kenny TSE Chi Kin and Ms Eva WONG Hiu Kwan as members of the Board

Ar LI Ho Kin retired from the role as Chairperson.

Ar Ivy LEE Siu Wing retired from the role as Immediate Past Chairperson.

Dr Benny CHOW Ka Ming and Ir HO Sai King retired from their roles as Elected Directors.

Sr Kenny TSE Chi Kin and Ms Eva WONG Hiu Kwan retired from their roles as Nominated Directors.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to all of their support, devotion and invaluable contribution to BSL during their tenure of office and wish them well in their new pursuit.

Election Results of Elected Directors

This year, we have 4 candidates running for 5 vacancies for the post of Elected Directors. The election is therefore uncontested.

Term of office shall run approximately two years until the ultimate completion of the AGM of BSL to be held in 2026.
