Phoebe Leung is Senior Sustainable Development Manager at Swire Properties. Her work involves supporting the Company’s Sustainable Development (SD) 2050 Strategy and driving initiatives that enhance sustainability performance across the business.

She leads Swire Properties’ tenant engagement strategy and flagship programmes, including the Green Performance Pledge, Green Kitchen Initiative, and Green Retail Partnership, fostering landlord-tenant partnerships to incorporate sustainability throughout the design, fit-out and occupancy stages.

Phoebe also leads the circularity strategies across the building lifecycle, from demolition, design and construction to daily operations and property management. Her work focuses on designing out waste, extending the useful life of materials and products, and improving resource recovery and recycling throughout the portfolio.

In addition, she works closely with teams across diverse functions, including portfolio management, facilities management, marketing, human resources, administration, and finance, helping to embed sustainability considerations into business decision-making in support of Swire Properties’ SD 2050 vision of “building the world’s most sustainable communities.
