Gary K. K. CHU is an independent consultant specializing in energy management, environmental sustainability, and green building strategies. With over three decades of industry experience, he provides technical advisor services, energy market regulation consultancy, and specialized Measurement and Verification (M&V) solutions.

Gary began his career at Companhia de Electricidade de Macau (CEM, S.A.) as a Control & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer, ultimately serving as Maintenance Responsible until 2005. He was subsequently appointed as a Technical Advisor to the Macao SAR Government (2005–2007), where he advised on the regulation and development of Macao’s electricity and natural gas markets.

An internationally recognized trainer and expert, Gary is an EVO-authorized Level 3A and 3E Instructor for PMVA™ and PMVE™ programs, and previously served as an AEE Authorized Instructor for CEM®, CAP™, and CBCP® across Hong Kong and Macau.
