Promotional Assessment Fees for BEAM Plus Projects Outside Hong Kong 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027

BEAM Society Limited (BSL) is pleased to announce that we are offering a time-limited introductory assessment fee with substantial discount as a promotional offer for projects outside Hong Kong, effective from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. 

To enhance BEAM Plus as a globally recognised and regionally adaptable green building certification system, a promotional assessment fee for non-Hong Kong projects was first introduced in Oct 2024 which was well received by oversea applicants as evidenced by their encouraging response over the past years.

In response to growing interest from regional and international stakeholders and with the initial promotion concluded in December 2025, we are introducing a refreshed introductory fee schedule for projects outside Hong Kong completing the registration process within the promotion period mentioned above. 

During this promotional period, fees for eligible overseas projects will be temporarily reduced by approximately 90% relative to our standard Hong Kong fee structure as a market‑entry incentive.

The new time-limited promotional assessment fees are designed to gain broader recognition and sustainable growth for projects beyond Hong Kong, while maintaining our commitment to long‑term financial sustainability and equitable treatment of all clients. The introductory fee schedule will be reviewed periodically as adoption grows and market conditions evolve, with a clear pathway to standard global pricing over time.
