Introduction

iBEAM Unison, soft launched in December 2022 by BEAM Society Limited, was funded by the Construction Industry Council Research and Technology Development Fund (CIC R&D Fund) and has now completed the development of all its modules. To mark this important milestone, we are hosting the iBEAM Unison Launch & Showcase to introduce the platform’s full range of functions to the industry.

iBEAM Unison is an advanced data platform that enhances the exchange and analysis of green building data throughout design and construction. It enables users to extract Building Information Modelling (BIM) data for BEAM Plus Assessment, sustainability analysis and green finance certification, greatly improving project efficiency.

At this event, a live demonstration will guide attendees through using each iBEAM Unison tool to perform various sustainability analyses, showcasing how the platform streamlines green building data processing and supports sustainable building practices. Insights from a pilot project that successfully used iBEAM Unison for BEAM Plus Assessment will further highlight the platform’s practical benefits.
