The Updated Version of the BEAM Plus Procedures Manual (Assessment) Version 8.0

The BEAM Plus Procedures Manual (Assessment) defines and outlines the standard assessment procedures for conducting project assessments using various BEAM Plus assessment tools.

In response to the recent official launch of the BEAM Plus Existing Buildings Version 3.0 (EB v3.0) and the BEAM Plus Theme Certification in July 2025, BEAM Society Limited (BSL) has refined the BEAM Plus Procedures Manual (Assessment) to incorporate the necessary changes. These updates aim to align and simplify the assessment procedures across the family of BEAM Plus assessment tools.
