Update of Excel Template for MA P4 under BEAM Plus New Buildings v1.2

BEAM Society Limited announces the update of the Excel Template for MA P4 under BEAM Plus New Buildings v1.2 (MA P4 Form_v02-01.xlsm). In light of the issuance of “Monitoring of Solid Waste in Hong Kong - Waste Statistics for 2021” by EPD, the updated Excel Template has included the latest waste statistics in 2021 to allow the Applicant to have a more precise waste stream estimation for better planning on the provision of facilities for the collection, sorting, storage and disposal of waste and recovered materials.

BEAM Practitioners shall use the latest version of Excel Template when preparing a submission for BEAM Plus New Buildings v1.2. BEAM Practitioners are also reminded that the updated Excel Template will come into effect on the same date of this e-news.
