Hong Kong is at a critical juncture in its journey toward a sustainable and low-carbon future, and the government's commitment to accelerating green transformation as outlined in the 2024 Policy Address, alongside the comprehensive roadmap of the Climate Action Plan 2050. The Annual Forum aims to address the challenges and opportunities for engineers in contributing to decarbonization, the adoption of innovative green technologies, and the implementation of effective ESG strategies.
