Introduction
Hundreds of projects from public and private sector have participated in the BEAM Plus Existing Buildings Version 2.0 (EB v2.0) following its launch in 2016, reflecting the high consciousness of building performance and facility and property management practices to the existing building stocks in Hong Kong.
This training aims at equipping BEAM practitioners with the best practices, latest technical guidelines and assessment trend of this BEAM Plus Tool, supported with real case studies over the performance categories. Our speaker will share about the tips and tricks, dos and don’ts to quality BEAM Plus assessment submission.
Following topics will be covered in this sharing session:
a) Best practices to prepare assessment submission;
b) Tips to improve the communication and responses to assessment comments;
c) Common strengths and weaknesses of assessed projects;
d) Interpretation and understanding of assessment standards; and
e) Tips on enhancing the efficiency and processing of BEAM Plus assessment.
