(B) Update of e-Forms and Excel Templates under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0

BEAM Society Limited announces the update of the e-Forms for HWB P1, HWB 4a (1.1 & 1.2), HWB 4a (1.3) and HWB 4b under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0 on iBEAM. The update is about the refinement of content in accordance with the release of the abovementioned Technical Circular Letter.

In addition, a new set of Excel Templates for HWB P1 & HWB 4a and HWB 4b under BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0 (please click here for details) will be introduced to streamline and simplify the submission workflow.

BEAM Practitioners shall use the latest version of e-Forms and Excel Templates when preparing a submission for BEAM Plus New Buildings v2.0. BEAM Practitioners are also reminded that the updated e-Forms will come into effect on the same date of this e-News while the effective date of the updated Excel Templates shall be observed from the respective Excel Templates.
