BSL is delighted to announce as an official Supporting Organisation for Build4Asia 2026, Asia’s leading biennial tradeshow dedicated to building services, electrical engineering, security solutions, smart city technologies, and emerging innovations in property and workplace solutions.

Event Highlights :

• Dates: 6–8 May 2026 (Wednesday–Friday)
• Venue: Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC)
• Theme: “Convergence 2026: Construction, Property & Workplace Technologies Unite”

Building on its legacy since 1982, Build4Asia 2026 expands its scope to address the industry’s evolving priorities, including digital transformation, maintenance, operations, sustainability, and resilient infrastructure. New dedicated sectors—Asian PropTech and Asian OfficeTech—join the established pillars of Asian Elenex, Asian Buildtex, and Asian Securitex.

The event anticipates:

• Over 600 international exhibitors and brands
• Approximately 6,000 professional visitors, including architects, engineers, contractors, building consultants, property developers, and facility management leaders

In collaboration with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Build4Asia 2026 will concurrently host World Workplace Asia Pacific 2026, offering a premier platform for advancing facility management, urban intelligence, workplace transformation, and sustainable practices—areas closely aligned with BSL’s commitment to BEAM Plus and green building excellence.
