BEAM Society Limited Supports VTC "Your Dream Home" BIM Competition 2024

 

Organised by Building, Civil Engineering and Built Environment Training Board of Vocational Training Council (VTC), “Your Dream Home” BIM Competition 2024 is now open for application. This competition aims at enabling secondary school students to understand the functions of BIM in various fields of the construction industry and to keep abreast of the latest development of the industries, so as to arouse their interest in joining the industry in the future. The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) will organise a series of BIM training workshops and sharing sessions by industry experts in October to equip students with knowledge and skills in BIM, and its applications in architectural design, interior design, landscape design and sustainable building design.

Winning teams of the competition will receive up to HKD 6,000 cash vouchers, medals and award certificates. They will also be offered the opportunities to visit the renowned construction company in Hong Kong and to participate in the taster courses offered by IVE.
