BEAM Society Limited Announces Changes in Directorate
BEAM Society Limited (BSL) announced the following changes in Directorate with effect from the conclusion of its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 8 June 2023:
Retirement of Mr Benny AU Pui Nang, Sr Kenneth CHAN Jor Kin, Ar Thomas CHEUNG Kong Yeung, Ir Sam LEE Wing Sun, Ir Nelson TAM Yuen Kwong and Mr Franklin YU as members of the Board
Mr Benny AU Pui Nang, Sr Kenneth CHAN Jor Kin, Ir Nelson TAM Yuen Kwong retired from their role as Elected Directors.
Ar Thomas CHEUNG Kong Yeung, Ir Sam LEE Wing Sun and Mr Franklin YU retired from their role as Nominated Directors.
The Board would like to express its gratitude to all of their support, devotion and invaluable contribution to BSL during their tenure of office and wish them well in their new pursuit.
Election Results of Elected Directors
This year, we have 7 vacancies for the post of Elected Directors. The election is uncontested as the number of open seats is equal to the number of candidates.
Term of office shall run approximately two years until the ultimate completion of the AGM of BSL to be held in 2025.
