A BEAM Affiliate is a person accredited by the Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC) as being competent to support green building design, construction and operations. The credential offers a diverse career opportunity and serves as an unbiased endorsement of green building knowledge. Participants will enhance the understanding of green buildings after the training and gain a competitive edge in the job market.
The video training, available in English and Cantonese versions, aims at equipping participants with knowledge in green building in the areas of design, construction, operation, maintenance, as well as the BEAM Plus rating tools.
Practitioners working in the construction or real estate industry (including planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, facility management, product supplies or interior design), or recent graduates are welcome.
To enrol the training, you must fulfil one of the followings:
A diploma or above, in a subject related to the built environment OR
Any person who has worked in the construction or real estate industry (including planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, facility management, product supplies or interior design, etc.) for at least 5 years
The video training, available in English and Cantonese versions, aims at equipping participants with knowledge in green building in the areas of design, construction, operation, maintenance as well as the BEAM Plus rating tools. The Training is delivered by experienced experts and professionals from Green Building Faculty, which supports the initiatives of green building in Hong Kong.
