BEAM Society Limited (BSL) has officially launched BEAM Plus Existing Buildings Version 3.0 (EB v3.0) in July 2025.
In addition to the traditional comprehensive assessment approach, BEAM Plus EB v3.0 also introduces a theme certification mechanism that provides tailored flexibility for projects with diverse certification needs.
Upon the course completion, BEAM Pro will:
- Attain the professional qualification to carry out BEAM Plus Existing Buildings v3.0 projects;
- Be familiar with the performance indicators help integrate different green features into a user-friendly assessment tool.
BEAM Pro with the credential of Existing Buildings Version 2.0 (EB v2.0) are eligible to register for the course. The BEAM Pro will be accredited as BEAM Pro (EB v3.0) after the course completion.
