Promotional Assessment Fee for BEAM Plus Projects Outside Hong Kong

BEAM Society Limited (BSL) is delighted to announce that it is offering a special discounted assessment fee for projects outside the local territory.

A standardised assessment fee of HK$8,000 will be applied uniformly for non-Hong Kong projects adopting the following BEAM Plus assessment tools:

a) BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) - Comprehensive Scheme
b) BEAM Plus Interiors (BI) – Non-Residential
c) BEAM Plus Neighbourhood (ND)
d) BEAM Plus Existing Data Centres (EDC)
e) BEAM Plus Existing Schools (ES)

A discounted assessment fee of HK$4,000 per aspect will be applied for non-Hong Kong projects adopting BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) Selective Scheme.

The above promotional assessment fees will be applicable to non-Hong Kong projects registered to Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) through its online registration website on or before 31 December 2025.
