C F LEUNG is the Director – Operations at the Business Environment Council (BEC). With over 25 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in advancing sustainability across Hong Kong. He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, a Professional Member of Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Professionals, and a member of the Green Building Faculty.

At BEC, CF oversees a broad portfolio of projects covering green building consultancy, energy and carbon auditing, waste management, ESG strategy development, award and funding programs, and stakeholder engagement.

He is also a frequent speaker and trainer, engaging audiences from university students to senior corporate leaders. His technical expertise and strategic guidance have helped numerous organisations in both the public and private sectors adopt environmentally responsible practices and progress toward their net-zero goals.
