Ir LEUNG possesses over 30 years’ professional working experience in Building, Property and Facility Management including Sustainable Management & Operation of Existing Buildings and Facilities in Facility Complex, Public Housing, Government Properties, and Private Sectors of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings etc. His duty includes feasible study, overall planning, controlling and monitoring of project, renovation work, fitting out works, routine repair and maintenance and improvement works etc. The projects included energy audit, gap analysis, recommendation for energy management opportunities, energy conversation funding projects, IEQ improvement, waste management etc.

He is a holder of Master Degree in Building Engineering (Building Services Cost Management) in 2012, Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering (1998), He is also a Fellow member of Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society, member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, , a member of Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, Registered Professional Engineer,  Chartered Engineer and BEAM Professional registered in Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC). 

He was elected as the Director of BEAM Society Limited from 2016 to 2022 and was serving as Executive Committee Member (2020-2022), Treasurer (2022-2024) and is currently Vice President –Technical (2024-2026) of Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society (BSOMES).
