Title: Senior Project Analyst / Project Analyst (System Development) - Business & System Development
Responsibilities:

· Conduct user requirements gathering, feasibility studies and perform system analysis, design and implementation;

· Work with the IT vendors in undertake all stages of system development including system design, application development, system integration, testing, application deployment, system support and maintenance;

· Prepare technical specifications and documentations for iBEAM Assessment Automation System;

· Assist in the delivery of quality solutions to meet requirement specifications according to project schedule;

· Review and document software development standards and quality control procedures;

· Design business workflow based on the gathered user requirement;

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or higher in Building Analytics/ Environmental Management/ GIS/ Computer Programming/ Information Technology or related discipline; Master degree in the same discipline is preferable;

· (For the Senior Project Analyst role) Experience in computer programming/ design for spatial data infrastructure or building plan submission system will be an advantage;

· (For the Senior Project Analyst role) Practical knowledge or willingness to learn methodologies and frameworks: Lean, six-sigma, Agile. PMI-ACP desirable;

· Experience with project management and cloud technologies (e.g. MS Azure) will be an advantage;

· Some form of understanding in programming, such as python, application programming interface, geospatial programming or database management is desirable but not a necessity;

· Effective communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

· A good team player with work ethics, especially regarding integrity and confidentiality;

· Ability to handle multitasks and prioritise schedules, capacity to work under pressure with tight deadline;

· Understanding the business and transaction processes of the green building businesses and construction sector will be an advantage; and

· Possession of green building and ESG related credential will be an advantage.

Title: Technical Executive - Technical Services
Responsibilities: · Collaborate with the Committees, Expert Panels, BEAM Assessors to collect information, and compile comments and reports for project assessment;
· Assist in verifying the deliverables provided by the BEAM Assessors to ensure that they follow the requirements outlined in the Assessment Manual and other relevant FAQs / Circular Letters to ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of the project assessment;
· Monitor the progress of the entire assessment on a regular basis in order to ensure the assessment is completed within the pledged timeline;
· Provide technical support to Committees and Task Forces;
· Arrange and coordinate meetings as required;
· Conduct administrative and secretarial work as required;
· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Built Environment / Environmental Science and Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Energy Science and Engineering / Sustainability, or related discipline;
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant local green and sustainability design consultancy. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
· General knowledge on software for building design / BIM / simulation, e.g. AutoCAD, Rhino3D, Revit, IES, eQUEST, DIALux, Fluent, etc. is an advantage;
· Recognised green building professional qualification, e.g. BEAM Affiliate, LEED Green Associate, etc. is an advantage;
· Be able to work independently, under pressure and in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
