· Ensure engineering technicality in assessment, particularly related to EU, WU, HWB (IEQ) of BEAM Plus (energy & renewable energy, HVAC, lighting & daylighting, thermal comfort, acoustic, etc.).
· Verify the deliverables provided by the BEAM Assessors to ensure that they follow the requirements outlined in the Assessment Manual and other relevant FAQs / Circular Letters to ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of the project assessment.

· Monitor the progress of the entire assessment on a regular basis in order to ensure the assessment is completed within the pledged timeline.

· Assist in optimizing BEAM Plus assessment tools.

· Provide technical support to Committees and Expert Panels.
· Supervise, train, and coach subordinates.

· Arrange and coordinate meetings as required.
· Conduct administrative and secretarial work as required.

· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· Minimum 6 years’ experience in green building and sustainability design consultancy, which shall cover the matters related to EU, WU and HWB (IEQ) of BEAM Plus (energy & renewable energy, HVAC, lighting & daylighting, thermal comfort, acoustic, etc.). Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Technical Executive.

· Possession of valid BEAM Pro qualification (covering BEAM Plus New Building, i.e. BP-NBv2.0 and BP-NBv1.1/1.2 as a minimum).

· Professional membership of engineering institutions would be an advantage.

· Knowledge of software for building design and simulation, e.g. AutoCAD, Rhino3D, IES, eQUEST, EnergyPlus, PVsyst, RETScreen, DIALux, Radiance, CFX, FLUENT, PHOENICS, Star-CCM+, INSUL, etc. is an advantage.

· Be able to work independently, under pressure and in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
