Note:
Equipment and appliances shall be new, installed by the Applicant at the time of occupancy, within the project
space. Only appliances under the EMSD’s mandatory, recognition, voluntary scheme, and US EPA’s ENERGY STAR
shall qualify. Other labelled appliances, including but not limited to, HVAC&R related, lighting related including ballast,
fixed task lighting, hot water appliances, and building envelope products, shall be excluded to prevent double counting.
