Ir Dr Edward Chan is a Deputy General Manager of Henderson Land’s Project Management 2 Department. Dr Chan is a BEAM Professional, Registered Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer, and an industry leader in the built environment, sustainability development and PropTech. He is a project manager of Henderson Land’s flagship project - The Henderson, responsible for various sustainability, innovation, digital transformation and specialist engineering areas. Through his leadership, The Henderson has already achieved a number of smart green and smart healthy building accreditations and awards.
