Title: | Digital Marketing Officer |
Responsibilities: |
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility in both local and global markets; · Plan and develop engaging content for company websites, email campaign and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, WeChat) to achieve targeted KPIs; · Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of online platforms; · Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with the overall marketing and business objectives; · Handle other marketing and training tasks as assigned. |
Requirements: |
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related disciplines; · Minimum 2 years of solid experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, etc.; · Proficient in utilising social media management tools, including graphic design and video editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, etc.; · Ability to analyse digital marketing performance data and provide data-driven insights to optimise campaigns; · Experience in project management would be an advantage; · Good written and verbal communication skill in Cantonese and English; · Well organised, self-initiative, and able to work independently. |

Title: | Assistant Marketing & Training Officer (Part time) |
Responsibilities: |
· Perform data entry and generate reports; · Coordinate training courses e.g. CPD training, site visits and conference, etc; · Handle registration from online training portal and membership e-platform; · Assist in marketing events and production of marketing collateral; · Coordinate event logistics; · Support all aspects of projects & event management, including contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support; · Handling ad-hoc duties as assigned. |
Requirements: |
· Diploma or above; · Minimum 1 - 2 years experience is a must; · Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and Chinese Word Processing; · Knowledge in MS Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table and video editing would be an advantage; · Strong sense of responsibility, well organised with a can-do attitude; · Immediate availability is highly preferred. |
