The BSL's 5th Anniversary cocktail reception was concluded successfully on 24 April 2015.

 | Ir Dr Raymond YAU, the 1st Vice Chairperson of BSL, announced BSL's ambition of implementation of major revision of BEAM Plus Existing Building tool, which was to align with the Government push for CO2 reduction, waste reduction and an overall greener city. |

New Fee Scale for BEAM Plus NB Assessment - Effective 1 June 2015
With effect from 1 June 2015, adjustments will be made on registration fees and assessment fees for BEAM Plus New Buildings (NB).
For NB, the old registration fees and assessment fees in fee scale v4.1 will only be applicable to projects that have completed online registration at HKGBC website before 6:00 pm on 29 May 2015. Thereafter, the new fees in Fee Scale v5.0 shall apply.

Q17. SA 8a, How many percentage of occurrence time of prevailing wind is required to be studied in AVA?
Q20. SA 8c, In accordance with Technical Circular No. 1/06 on Air Ventilation Assessment (AVA), there are Initial Study (75% wind occurrence in a year) and Detailed Study (100% wind occurrence in a year). Please clarify which type of study for AVA?
