The BEAM Society Limited (BSL) has procured an Assessment Automation System in March 2020 to streamline our business processes. In order to gather more industry feedback to strengthen the System practicality, the 1st online Stakeholder Engagement Workshop was held on 10 June 2020. A condensed workshop video is currently available on YouTube in Cantonese Version / English Version. Throughout the System development period, there will be other rounds of Stakeholder Engagement Workshop to gather more voices from the industry to enhance our System.
BEAM Practitioners are encouraged to complete the Questionnaire for the Workshop on or before 15 July 2020. 0.5 CPD hours will be awarded upon completion.
The BSL has introduced the updated version of submission template or "e-Form” into the assessment practice for BEAM Plus New Buildings v1.2. The e-Form is a set of standardised submission template aiming to provide the Applicants with the standardised guidance to prepare the assessment deliverables for the BEAM Plus assessment. The CPD course for Guidance on the Usage of Updated Submission Template is available on the BSL's Online Training Portal in bilingual versions.
The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BSL
The 9th AGM of BSL is re-scheduled for Thursday, 6 August 2020 at 7:00pm at Auditorium, G/F, Jockey Club Environmental Building, 77 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. Notice of meeting will be issued to all Ordinary Members in due course.
