Ir CS Ho, General Manager of BSL delivered two talks at CPD Seminar on BEAM Plus New Buildings (NB) Assessment System Refinement in June and July, organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) & Professional Green Building Council (PGBC) and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) respectively.

A briefing session was held on 25 July 2018 to brief interested tenderers on background, specification and project deliverables. Questions were taken and answered on-site. For fairness and transparency, all answers were later published online.

Mr Steven Wong from Environmental Protection Department and Mr Arthur Chu from BEAM Society Limited introduced the Government's promotion of waste reduction and recycling in Hong Kong and the key elements on Environmental Compliance in BEAM Plus submission including the credit points of Site Aspects and Materials Aspects.
